The Swasth Kadam program delivers live tele‑counselling to caregivers of moderately underweight children (0–36 months). By raising awareness and enabling timely intervention, it helps prevent severe malnutrition and supports recovery through a seamless digital ecosystem connecting field workers, counsellors, and supervisors.

Mobile app is provided to trained field workers visiting communities, Anganwadis, and homes to collect key child health data. The field workers record weight and relevant details, and the app flags each child as Healthy, Moderately Under Weight, Severely Under Weight, or Overweight, using WHO growth charts. All information is securely registered in the system. The app works seamlessly offline and automatically syncs when connectivity is restored
