Job Summary:
We are looking for a Data Management Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience in data management. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with strong knowledge of data architecture, data governance, SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and PL/SQL. The candidate should possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, and be able to work effectively both independently and within a team. Experience with data backup and recovery solutions will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive data management policies and procedures.
- Design and maintain data architecture to ensure optimal storage, retrieval, and scalability.
- Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions to protect data integrity.
- Perform regular data quality checks and cleansing activities.
- Develop and execute data migration plans.
- Monitor and analyze data usage patterns to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with developers to create data-driven applications and solutions.
- Provide training and support to users on data management best practices.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging data management technologies and trends.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant data privacy regulations.
