Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Technical Lead to spearhead our tech team in delivering high-quality software solutions. You will drive repository management, CI/CD pipelines, and deployments while mentoring the team on best practices. Expertise in React, Kotlin, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Laravel PHP, and Python is essential, with WordPress knowledge as a bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor a team of developers to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
* Design, Develop, Test and Deploy scalabe applications
* Manage Git repositories, resolve merge conflicts, and enforce branching strategies.
* Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments to UAT and Production environments using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
* Guide the team on coding standards, code reviews, and best practices across React frontends, Kotlin/Android backends, Laravel PHP APIs, Python scripts, and databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
* Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers and QA teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
* Stay ahead of current technologies and integrate emerging tools into workflows.
* Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance (e.g., database queries in PostgreSQL/MySQL), and ensure system reliability.
* Collaborate with stakeholders on technical roadmaps and provide hands-on development when needed.
* WordPress proficiency for custom plugin/theme development is a plus.
