Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and responsible Application Support professional with experience in a software development environment and a good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The candidate should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, multitasking and diagnostic abilities, patience, and excellent relationship management skills. The role involves supporting applications, coordinating with software developers for issue resolution, and working efficiently in a multi-project environment. Candidates residing in and around Mumbai are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand requirements given by customers and comunicate them to the developers.
- Follow up with developers to ensure timely deliveries of software modules.
- Trouble shoot problems reported by Client’s users
- Providing Application support to teams within the organisation, and to external clients when required
- Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
- Identifying and resolving technical issues
- Delivering regular and customised training to clients
- Developing / Generating reports for Stake Holders across the business and its clients
